How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Readerswhole Tree Service wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Readerswhole Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went wrong, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Readerswhole Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@readerswhole.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
First, we confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may help too.
